Whenever possible, client concerns should be resolved through the appropriate channels: with the worker, the worker's supervisor, the division director, or the department head. Clients who need assistance in identifying their worker or their worker's supervisor should contact the office where they normally receive services. A client who has utilized these resources and still has not been able to resolve the issue may contact the client resolutions coordinator. The client resolutions coordinator is responsible for researching, following up and responding to ensure timely closure of escalated cases.
